Born in Villa Rica and raised in Douglas County, Tammy is a true Georgia Peach. She holds an Associate’s degree in Accounting and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Tammy has been a part of the CAMDUR team for over 16 years and has been working in the field of construction since 2000 and residential construction since 2005.

She is in charge of the daily operation of CAMDUR Building Group. Her responsibilities include accounting functions (AR & AP), IT issues, coordination and development of plans and shop drawings, distribution of proposals, scheduling, and subcontractor insurance documentation and GL/WC audits each year. Additionally, Tammy will sometimes meet with clients to deliver samples, pick up payment or conduct other administrative functions. On several occasions Tammy will have the opportunity to draw floor plans and renderings for various projects. She likes to bid residential remodel projects and loves seeing homes transition from before to after their remodel.

When you’re looking to work with CAMDUR Building Group, Tammy’s advice would be to conduct research before considering a home remodel—the more specifications you can provide, the better. Tammy conveys to clients of CAMDUR that they are unique because they are one of the very few small building entities that has diversified their services, pursued new markets and developed new procedures.

When Tammy is not presenting an organized and professional image for CAMDUR, you can find her….well, at home. (She claims to have a self-imposed 15 mile perimeter.) Outside of this perimeter, Tammy enjoys watching college football and is a huge Alabama Roll Tide fan. In her spare time, she enjoys DIY projects and also spending time taking in stray dogs, nursing them back to health and finding them a forever home.
