When we purchased this property, we inherited a large scope of work. This flip included correcting the drainage at the sidewalk and driveway, eliminating moisture in the crawlspace, providing, and installing a new roof, flooring, cabinets, counter tops, light fixtures, HVAC system, water heater, appliances, painting of the brick exterior and updating the landscaping.
