The renovation of an existing building with a floor space of 2310 SF for use as a community rental facility, with an expanded floor space of 3052 SF.  The scope of work included demolition, architectural and structural construction, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing in accordance with plans and specifications.

Picture2The construction of a free-standing wood-framed building of approximately 2,460 square feet of conditioned space.  Provide demolition and removal of existing site elements. Provide minor grading as required. Sitework, including site utility connections and walks. General Construction includes a new free-standing wood-framed building consisting of  a large open studio, three offices, IT room, storage rooms, two restrooms, conference room and mechanical room.

Interior renovation and refresh of approximately 268,000 SF The scope of work includes the following improvements to the existing space:

Repaint Interior Facility
Replace Ceiling tile
Replace counter tops, sinks and fixtures in Restrooms
Clean Interior metal siding and dock doors
Refinish elevator cab (walls, flooring, ceiling, and lighting)
Strip VCT throughout space and replace with polished concrete
Install porcelain tile flooring in 2nd floor Restrooms and Breakroom
Install ceramic wall tile in Restrooms
Replace carpet throughout facility
Install walk-off mat in Vestibule, Entry and Security
Replace all stair treads
Replace handrail in stairwells leading to main office space
Remove and replace all millwork in breakrooms, new plumbing fixtures
Remove and replace restroom accessories
Remove existing ivory outlets and outlet covers and replace with new outlet and outlet covers
Remove existing corner guards and replace with new stainless steel corner guards
Clean exterior awning
Repair concrete column encasements (as specified)
Clean and repair isolation joints and repack PJF (as specified)
Replace existing light fixtures to LED fixtures (as specified)
Add anchoring system to roof
Repair wall in front office stairwell

 

 

City of Smyrna Recycling Centercity_of_smyrna

The scope of work includes modifications to an existing 7,200 S.F. office / warehouse building and 0.941 acre site. The building exterior modifications include, but not limited to, the addition of 4 rollup doors for warehouse access, a 10′ overhang to be built above the rollup doors, new building façade at office entry, painting the exterior of building, the addition of a free standing canopy and exterior lighting. The interior work will consist of modifications to the existing office space walls and flooring, HVAC system, fire sprinkler system, windows and restrooms. Site work to include grading, concrete paving, retaining walls, sidewalks, fencing and site drainage including water quality device. Site landscaping will include trees, shrubs and ground covers.
