Defining the Project

Whether you own your own lot, need to purchase a lot, want to build a custom home or start a special project in your present home, we can guide you through the process and complete your vision. We’ll listen to your ideas and concerns, regarding style, design, expenses, deadlines, etc., and help you make realistic and comfortable decisions.

Site/Lot Assessment

Where is the perfect site location? Will it fulfill your wants and needs for a view, sun garden, pool, play area or outdoor living space? Is the current plan the best use of the lot? Will the lot accommodate a basement, crawlspace or a slab? Have specimen trees been identified? What kind of dirt are we building on? Together, we will look at the property to determine all of the possibilities.

Architectural & Planning

We’ll guide you through the architectural selection process assuring that your home will follow the community, city, or county guidelines. Meet with one of our architects to add your own thoughts in order to make this house your dream home. Once the architectural process is complete we will meet to discuss expectations, finish levels and rough costs.

Budget

It is our job as a contractor to help you stay within your budget. Once we have a good final set of plans we will give you a detailed, line item proposal. Our proposal will outline modest allowances for flooring, lighting, cabinets, and top selections that are comparable to the price point of the home you are building. Upon acceptance of the proposal we will issue a formal binding contract.

Interior Design Services

With your plans complete, we will assist you with your interior finish selections. We offer our clients flexibility and personal service. Selections will be made based on the formal contract and specified allowances. The selection process begins immediately after signing the formal contract and prior to the start of construction. If you would like we can set you up with an interior design professional who can help you make selections that will reflect your personal taste.

Building

After proper permitting, with your precise set of plans, your well-detailed interior specifications, and your specified budget, we are set to build your new custom home or start your re-design/remodel and make a beautiful impression.

Your Construction Schedule

As part of your formal contract, you will receive a written construction schedule. This provides all parties with a realistic guideline for completion and occupancy. Weekly meetings will be scheduled to discuss project progression and status.

A Written Builder Limited Warranty

After the completion of the project, a full one-year written warranty protects your home or your other construction project on all workmanship and materials unless otherwise covered by a manufacturer’s limited warranty.

A Written Customer Walk-through Before Closing

A scheduled walk-through will occur with you and Camdur Building Group, Inc. before your final closing.

Your Service after the Sale

In the first weeks of living in your new home or redesign/remodel, it is normal that you may find items that may have been missed on the walk-through or that need additional service. A “Service Request” form will be used to address additional service needed during the Builder Limited Warranty.
