Have you recently purchased an existing home or foreclosure in need of renovation, repairs or remodeling? CAMDUR is currently working with several major investors and banks to upgrade foreclosed properties for rental or resale. The property below is a foreclosure that Jeff worked with to renovate and then sell.
Before This was an investor project in the City of Atlanta. CAMDUR took the project from the design phase through permitting, renovation and ultimate sale for the investor. It was a complete rehab along with crawlspace encapsulation.
Issues included drainage at the sidewalk and driveway in order to eliminate moisture in the crawlspace.
After The property was graded to obtain proper drainage. The project included a new roof, flooring, cabinets, counter tops, light fixtures, HVAC system, water heater, appliances and painting of the brick exterior.
